If set to yes, the default, Setup and Uninstall keep the original aspect ratio of their windows when scaling for DPI.
If set to no, the aspect ratio may be changed when scaling for DPI. As a result, your Setup and Uninstall windows will by default be 14% narrower at 125% DPI or higher.
