This directive specifies the background color used to fill any unused or transparent space around the wizard image, which is specified by WizardImageFile. Using clNone as the fill color keeps transparency.
If a custom wizard image is used, then this directive defaults to clWindow.
Otherwise, if custom style slate is used then this directive defaults to #bcd2e2 (light grayish blue).
Otherwise, if custom style zircon is used then this directive defaults to #d0eaee (light grayish cyan).
Otherwise, if forced dark mode is used then this directive defaults to #2e3a3f (very dark grayish blue).
Otherwise, it defaults to #e8f3f9 (light grayish blue).
