Valid values: | A value in the form of #rrggbb or $bbggrr, where bb, gg, and rr specify the two-digit intensities (in hexadecimal) for blue, green, and red respectively. Or it may be one of the following predefined color names: black, maroon, green, olive, navy, purple, teal, gray, silver, red, lime, yellow, blue, fuchsia, aqua, white, none, window. |
Default value: | (see below) |
This directive specifies the background color to use for wizard pages and all other windows such as the Select Language dialog, in both Setup and Uninstall.
If a custom background image is specified by WizardBackImageFile, then this directive defaults to window and setting it to none is not allowed.
Otherwise, it defaults to none.
Using window without also specifying a custom background image has no effect.
Using none disables this feature, so native background colors will be used, as determined by the system or the custom style.
If this feature is enabled, and the color is set to another value than window, then all panels will become transparent. To also hide all bevels (horizontal lines) in Setup and Uninstall, enable WizardStyle modifier hidebevels.
Additionally, if this feature is enabled but a custom style is not specified by WizardStyle, it will automatically activate custom style windows11 with modifier excludelightcontrols.
