Inno Setup Unique Build Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inno Setup unique builds, and related services provided by MLSoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using an Inno Setup unique build, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant and Conditions

Use of Inno Setup is subject to LICENSE.TXT. Please review the full license text for details on permitted use, redistribution, and modification. These Terms supplement, but do not override, the conditions in LICENSE.TXT.

2. Restrictions

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your unique build to another party.
Use of the software must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All other restrictions and conditions are as described in LICENSE.TXT.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Inno Setup and related materials remain with us. Your unique build does not grant you any ownership rights in the software.

4. Support and Additional Services

All unique builds do not include additional software support or custom development.

Buyer support (for order, payment, and delivery issues) is always available, please contact us.

5. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your order, contact us via e-mail at innosetup@mlsoft.nl or by phone at +31 6 51844008. We will respond as soon as possible. You may also contact our online reseller Paddle.com support for payment-related issues.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. We do not engage in user tracking beyond what is strictly necessary to process your order and comply with legal requirements.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of unique builds. Refund requests should be made directly to our online reseller Paddle.com, who handles all payments and returns as the Merchant of Record. You can contact Paddle support via their website. If you have any difficulty obtaining a refund from Paddle, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that you are not expected to purchase a unique build before your Inno Setup-built installers are ready to be used in production.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your unique build if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies in your possession. Your rights under LICENSE.TXT remain as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. See LICENSE.TXT for the full disclaimer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. See LICENSE.TXT for the full limitation of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
