PRB: Network drives not shown in Browse dialogs on Windows Vista

On Windows Vista, mapped network drives are initially disconnected in elevated processes (processes that run with administrative privileges). It is not clear whether this is a bug or a feature.
To work around this problem, rebuild your installation with Inno Setup 5.1.10 or later, which incorporates the following changes:
- Disconnected network drives are now enumerated and shown in Setup's Browse dialogs. If one is expanded, it will attempt to reconnect the drive, similar to Windows Explorer.
- If the letter of a disconnected network drive is manually entered into the edit box on the Select Destination Location page, Setup will attempt to reconnect the drive when Next is clicked.
